Understanding the Principles Behind The Personal Wellness Program:
 
To achieve the highest level of personal health and performance, a person must satisfy the requirements set forth as the Foundational Principles of Human Health
 
There are 6 Foundational Principles of Human Health:

  3. Water
  4. Sleep
  5. Breathing
  6. Thoughts
 
These basic principles are at the very core of your and everyone's health.  Without building and maintaining all six principles you can never truly be healthy and vital.

 

Though we all differ in what constitutes optimal health, one thing is certain and that is if one or more of these principles is not appropriately adherred to i.e. overexercising, not eating well or inadequate sleep then you will not function as well or think as clearly as you would like.  This is an important consideration since in sports, work and even life the difference between success and failure is often minuscule.

 

As previously mentioned, there is so much conflicting information concerning health today.  How do you sift through it all and decide what is best for you?  I may be able to help.

      The measurements I compile from the assessment include your spinal curves, posture analysis, muscle length-tension relationships & core function/coordination to name a few.  Basically, these measurements are an excellent tool for helping you achieve your goals safely, effectively and efficiently.
